Clover Health Home Care
Clover Health offers unique In-Home Care (IHC) teams comprised of physicians, nurse practitioners, medical assistant, and nurses who provide medical care to members in their comfort of their homes. These homebound members are too frail and/or sick to travel for care and often suffer from chronic conditions and face socioeconomic issues that could hinder them from receiving proper medical care.
Clover was expanding its IHC team and turned to GKV to help create employee recruitment materials. The GKV team believed there was a real opportunity to connect with these prospective employees on a very emotional level by expressing empathy, tugging at their heartstrings, and appealing to their motivation to make a difference in the lives of the patients they serve. We created a moving and compelling recruitment video featuring actual Clover IHC team members telling their own stories of how developing deeper relationships with homebound members helped them deliver better care.
